茶水沖泡水準不穩定，
熱奶茶讓人大失所望。
燒麵包非茶室白麵包，
而是Gardenia方麵包，
抹醬不錯口感差了些。
 Nice toilets and sanitation.
The level of tea brewing is unstable,
Hot milk tea is a big disappointment.
Non-tea white bread
But Gardenia side pack,
The spread is good and the taste is a bit worse.
