E	Eliss Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid rm289 for a deluxe family room. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. We are family of 4 adult. Many restaurants at down stairs. Free breakfast 1 pastry with 1 coffee. Plenty of parking space. Call and book directly with hotel is so much cheaper.
C	CC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty place, the staff never clean the room, you can find hairs on the floor. You can also see toilet never flush from previous customer. Due to the staff never clean the room, the floor is sticky like slime. The furniture is 30 years old. Blanket and pillow turned yellowish. Wi-Fi, you can connect but no internet at all. Counter system have problem you will have to wait for half an hour. Nothing much is nearby. Even a close place around, you will have to pay very expensive taxi or grab (5 mins distance cost at least rm15) If want to go to genting, better stay in genting. Don't stay here. This is the worst place ever. This place only worth rm 50 per night only but they cost you rm180+
D	Doi Doi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cause. Stayed here for RM150 during offpeak. The place was poorly maintained and dirty. We stayed in room 116. Reception of wifi was poor. Breakfast was provided but is nothing much to look forward as they only served toast and tea/coffee. The main issue was the cleanliness. The bedsheets and blankets was not changed as it was all wrinkle and they were stains all over the blanket. We asked them to change it but they told us the cleaners had gone home. They provided us a new set of linen which we had to put it on ourself. The room had dust spot around the corner of the tables. The window handle was broken which unable us to close the window causing smell and noise to enter the room. The soap dispenser was broken and hot water could only be used at a low-medium flow water. Other than that it was just pouring cold water. For the price, service, location and cleanliness, I highly do not recommend this place and will never return to stay here.
A	Ayz Pujangga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Rooms are without windows..so no views on views. Also, a perfectly square room too. Just 2 levels, so no lift either. Not exactly cheap to begin with. Better off to another option next door. Location is ok and you get 2x welcome drinks the nxt day. Strict 12pm checkout with penalty if check out late, so we left early since theres not much to do anyway

Karuniawan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family room is spacious, but the wooden floor looks old, the internet speed is super slow, the water heater will not work in strong stream, need to reduce to lowest stream to get little hot water but The staffs are helpful. If you love seafood (non halal), there are plenty restaurants around. Halal food is limited in this area. Definitely won’t go back to stay here.

Hot water is not hot, light is dim, floor is sticky thus i need to wear slipper when i get out from my bed, exhaust fan is not working, dust accumulated on toilet, aircon remote control is not function. I am not happy to stay here, i hope management can take action tq.
