• Very rude to their client
• Slow
• No sense of urgency
• Staffs have no good command of english language
• Claim takes so freaking long to approve even for a small amount (maybe some $ problem inside i guess)
• Not professional over the phone
• Overall not deserve even a star but for sympathy i would force myself to give one star at least ahh
• Never the second time buying this insurance

Email with proof of cancellation no respone, call customer service few time also no progress...give u lame excuss already summited for investigation, msg zurich facebook also same excuss... Feb till april still no update on such small matter? How you guys deal with bigger matter? Take years? Is this zurich earn money from people? What wrong with you guys? How many time need to complain??!

The customer service center is open from 8.30am and the parking rate only RM3 if you enter before 9am.
