โ โ โ โ โ I was there today at 10am. The Officer who entertained me was so kind and friendly. He explained to me every steps of registration clearly and he even guided me to the ATM machine (even though I actually know how to do it) and shows me how to register the internet banking and mobile application. โ โ โ โ โ Security guards are very alert and well trained. Bank staff are helpful and truthful...they honestly guide you in case of a major problem with your account. Car parking zones have fast moving traffic and even oku category drivers will find it a breeze to use the bank facilities...no need for online appointment...walk-in is good enough. Best bank in town.

โ โ โ โ โ Walk in 930am to open an account tie to loan account, guees what, it only completed at 11am!!! Yes, not typo error, 1.5 hours to open an account.
Reason given: you have no appointment... although we are the only customer when we walk in....think they need 1.5 hours to prepare psychologically ready to serve a customer ...wonder how this bank still survive...?
