★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since beginning of MCO, the speed of service is worse than snail movement. Simple update of acct and FD takes more than an hour. And they do not bother abt senior citizen line. There's is none allocated for them. Time to buck up.

6-1customer service counter. Full!! VERY C-BEI SLOW!!!
Why - 1?, cause there was a counter only for urgent case. If no urgent case, the guy are walking around, don't know doing what.
There was 2 counter, after over 1 hour the customer still there.
every batch of customer take 20 minutes to 1 hour sitting there at the counter. Don't know what they are servicing.
If you don't have half day off. THIS BRANCH ARE HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with this Public Bank branch. First of all, the long queue everyday in front says thousands of words on their efficiency.
Secondly, the service at this branch requires lots of improvements that other than it's location, I have nothing good to share about this branch.
