★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how insurance company deny, delay, confuse and refuse. Do not communicate with Allianz through their hotline- email instead to keep the record for yourself. I've been waiting since May 2018 for my claim submission and they keep delaying it by asking for additional document after document (why don't they list down all the required document immediately when they check the submission?). Lousy, incompetent and very not professional servicing agents. I've been transferred to 3 different agents against my will, without any explanation. Fishy business. If you're looking for a policy, watch out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No single point of contact for insurer to check the status of claims. Need to keep calling to ask for updates and escalatebthe claims. Overall bad experienced with so much of delays. Very dissapointed service. However the towing team is good helper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple process of surrendering took almost 6 months now. Stated branches are closed during MCO, sent in many emails to surrender but no replies are given. Once MCO is lifted, I handed in the form physically, staff said everything was in order and gotta wait 14 days for processing. Took more than 14 days for them to reply, had to constantly ask them on my end to get proper updates. Another wave of MCO came again, sent in the same email for 3 times for amendment (provided screenshots and all) and did not receive even an "auto reply". Hotline doesn't work as usual, live chat queue was 30 mins and kept extending, went to their FB messenger to receive replies like: "If you did not receive auto reply means we did not receive it" Gave numerous feedbacks about their ignorant service but nothing seemed to be changed, customer service even left message on read on messenger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole online service is just a lip service. Even getting a quotation takes more working days than imagined. The website and the live chat are just another roundabout way of looping people through and through the same useless online service. I have purchased from other insurers with better efficiency and responsiveness than Allianz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The poorest insurance company ever. Submitted termination form but still sent bill to bank and charge my card. Customer service is not responsible at all and took very long to respond to us and doesn’t even solve anything. Make customers’ life harder by wanting us to call to them again and ask for refund again. What a lousy service. Will never buy from Allianz again and to those who’re considering, please do not hesitate to decline this company, it’s definitely NOT our choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some termination issue and some how Allianz did a clean job. Not like the complains. En Azmil was superb in making sure my problem solved by 6 hours. He was superb and Ms Selvi at the counter was also quick and followed me by email and phone call. Thumbs up to Allianz and keep up the good job for other customers too.
