β β β β β Service with the customer service officer is slow although there weren't much customers. They were supposed to update me on loan settlement request within 1-2 weeks but I didn't here anything from them until now (it's week 3 now).
Parking a bit hard but you can park at Sunway Nexis and walk a bit to the bank.

I dont know what is wrong with the staff in this branch. i called them and they answered my call, after that asking what my problem is then suddenly hang up the phone! i called again but didnt pickup. after couple of times, they pickup up and hangup on purpose! hundred times! like, what is wrong with you guys! the malay lady (i know you are the same person that pickup and hangup my call!) and malay guy are very rude when spoke to me. they keep asking me to call hq office. i called already before and they asked me to call your lazy branch! thats why i called you, idiot!

β β β β β Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady at no6 table( next to number giliran machine). She saw me standing there so helpless automatically offer help and guide me to reactivate my account step by step and help me to make the call to customer center too. Excellent service.
