Chicken katsu don was totally out. Paying almost rm20 for cold and precook fried chicken with tasteless sauce. Chicken is hard like overnight food . Only warm is the rice. Very disappointed. Used to be very good quality

One of my favourite restaurant to satisfy my sushi craving. Ambient environment with lofty japanese music. The food quality and portion is superb. My all time favourite dish is saba teriyaki, salmon belly, and cheese salmon roll. The service here also first class. They treat every customer equally with high respect. Good job guys.!

Japanese Cuisine in Penang. Food is okay and delicious. Ambiance is okay. Price is abit pricey but matched with quality.

Good approach to safeguard the customers by putting the acrylic panel to separate the tables. Food quality was good, an area of improvement is that the unagi pieces were slightly smaller than expected hence the unagi taste is covered.

I can say this is the worst compared to other edo ichi group restaurant. 1. Stuff look rush when taking your order 2. Food serve is slow 3. Salmon sashimi (RM 25 5 pieces) ala cart is same thickness as add-on sashimi (RM15 7 pieces). 4. Some sashimi is not fresh with sour taste. 5. Call to refill green tea. Just ignore. Bad service. 6. Azuma pizza is oily. 7. Moulded ceiling causing unhygienic environment. Very disappointed.

This was my WORST dining experience ever. A pot of hot seafood broth that costed me RM 44 made me busy picking up the fish scales and bones. A heavy taste of sesame oil in the soup was probably used to cover the fishy smell. It was a pot with unpleasant mix of ingredients. The green tea was with mild taste. The chawanmushi was so-so but eatable. No more dining with you even you’re the only restaurant that I don’t have to line up. To be fair… … The waiters and waitresses were nice. The speed of serving was counted as fast too.

That's the thickness of teriyaki chicken I got, including a piece of chicken skin after waited for 1 hour. Understand it was peak hour and I don't mind waiting but should still maintain the quality of food with no tolerance. Really hope to see improvement if happen to visit again in near future. Btw, serving attitude of the staffs is still above average. Good job!

It's been a while since I dine in. Very friendly staffs and queue was well organized. Have to say this is better environment compared to Sushi King. Very attentive and efficient staffs. Food was worth the money. Will come again for sure.
