β β β β β The banker who served me is very nice and kind, but I wish to complain why is only 1 counter open for service? There are many bankers behind the counter, if there are others who are at the counter serving people, I'm sure the process will be faster. I need to wait 1 hours and there is just 1 PERSON in front of me only. This is really unacceptable.

β β β β β Great service, all staff very polite and helpful. Due to COVID-19 I had to stay and que outside but the staff would came out and ask us what our business and assist it accordingly. Staff at counter even apologize for taking a long time to settle my business.

β β β β β Also a bank, yet the service is fast, smooth and efficient. Didnβt have to queue for more than 1 hour outside under the heat of scorching sun while wasting time. Staffs were all polite and professional. Thank you.

β β β β β Bank Islam, just my personal opinion is probably one of the lesser known banks or smaller ones among all other banks in Malaysia. I did not do a fact check but just an assumption from myself. But we don't care if the bank is big or small, to me the most important is customer service and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the customer service is. I was greeted at front door due go Covid SOP I guess, told the staff what I wanted to do and was given a clear instruction on what I need to provide. So I went back and got all the documents required, then went back. I was promptly attended to and the staff at the counter was very friendly and courteous. All explanation and instructions were given nicely and patiently to me. I could not have asked for more. Great job to the staffs there!
