They are old, they are slow, they are lazy but one thing they are good at, they are SMART! Why? You may ask. Here it goes, due to covid social distancing, we are instructed to wait outside due to the limit of person inside (good thing they give 3chairs outside). To give you all an overall picture, inside was barely crowded..
Me,
Waited 10mins outside.
Called in, and waited another 30mins inside.
I asked for a ticket number, they said “wait” “cant give you the ticket right now as it will overloaded the ticketing system” ??!!! What era of system are we now in? 1990?? 2000??!
Then, received a number, #3003, in the ticket says the people infront of me was 1 person in queue.
Then magic happens! Less than 5mins im finally gets to the counter to do my business!
If you read it this far, here is what makes them smart, they cheated the system, but holding/delaying the ticket given to the customers, it recorded me for a less than 5mins waiting! Im sure this way of practice will reflect flying colours in their KPI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No rating star has given,due lack of service...just now no one seating in reception to get a que number and need replace a new card but it wait until 30min ++...no many customer,but still late response,counter is not too busy,until i feedup and walk away just like that..very bad
