★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food portion here is different than sushi King outlets in sunway pyramid or sushi King queensbay in penang. Taste wise it is the same but quality and quantity totally pale in comparison to the other outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was okay, just doesn't taste as good as other branch as it is mostly very bland. However, the cleanliness of the shop is super bad. Floor and the seats are super dirty, full of food crumbs. Table was cleaned half heartedly, u could still see the dirty marks here and there and some crumbs on the side. The worst of all, there were cockroaches! Baby cockroaches in fact!! Found it on the seat and table? please maintain ur cleanliness for goodness sake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and the shop is not as big as I was imagine but it’s adequate. Always here for the bonanza and love the new concept where the automatic tray will be sent to your table. Staff were nice and service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even feel like giving 1 star, but I don't have an option. We waited there for Rougly 10mins and no one attended to us at all. The staff knew we were waiting outside but no one came to us and even told us they were closed/ open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered hokkaido spicy cheezy Tara foilyaki set for brunch, the fish was tasteless as I can only taste cheese, lots of bones which spoiled my appetite, I expected the fish to be boneless. Salmon sushi and octopus always my favourite, the taste was consistently good but when I ordered dessert durian ice cream after meal, waited more than 15 minute till I asked again and they don't have guts to say sorry. I was upset and complained directly to the cashier but again no sorry was given. Thus they don't deserve 5 star despite all the branding reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude, bad service, all bad ?????? I came twice for sushi bonanza. the first i came 8:45 then the staff said close already. i came again the next two day on 26/6/2022 at 8:30, and the staff said close already. then i ask her what time close? she said 9. i am so disappointed ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but the dining experience is not good. The staff is not welcoming. The robot train server is annoying. It has this song that keep playing whenever it passed by my head. Then it keeps hurrying me to take some six items by saying repeatedly "please take your order". Then I haven't finished taking the food and it ran back to the kitchen. Sigh.
