★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the boarding facility. The location is an upper shop-lot so there’s a lot of privacy for the cats in boarding.
Here are a few things I noticed from the get go:
Clean environment : walking up the stairs it was well lit and clean. Upon entering the space it smelled fresh and well ventilated.
Booking and registration: reasonable fees and efficient registration, carriers were labelled and stored carefully. Staff takes an effort to get to know you and the pets. Vaccination cert is a must and cat health form (no flu, disease or illness).
Boarding: kennels are clean and newly built. Looks safe and neat. Food and litter provided, play time also provided. My cats were very anxious but the staff let me take my time with them to let them calm down and didn’t rush me either. They also provide grooming services but I haven’t tried.
Would definitely recommend due to the reasons above.
