When I visited the shop to get a gift for others, they ignore me and not willing to serve me (when others adults enter the shop, they greets and serve them accordingly). Should they serve their customers like that even the customers just looking around? Bad service ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very helpful especially Bowie. l had problem with my bag strap . He did his best to solve it for me and did extra service to clean n polish it up that l did not even ask him to do ! Very satisfied with the after sales service, keep it up!

However, I find that their prices are kind of steep and the quality of their products isn't great. After a couple of years, the material of my Charles & Keith bags and purses would start peeling off.

If the staff not feel like to work during public holiday , please consider other staff. Please don’t show the face to the customers as it is really awful. Asking the sales assistant to get me a pair of shoes to try but end up with bad experience.

They were judging us from our appearance! Hey, do you think you are the owner? Nope, you guys just promoter so please do your work properly.
First thing we got there was one of the staff, i remember his name, BOWIE was laughing at me and my friend IN FRONT OF MY FACE. Whatever reason of the stupid laugh was, you are soooo rude. Seriously. Then BOWIE and the other staff, women with short hair were laughing at our back and they were just staring at us without serving us.
They also refused to serve one of women wearing 'selipar jamban'. "Kau lah pegi, ehh kau lah pegi." SOOOOO RUDEEEE SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS NEED TO LEARN SOME MANNERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staffs were not attentive to the customers. They were chitchatting amongst themselves and ignoring me even though I was trying out 2-3 heels. Had to raise my hand to call for their attention. Also, I requested for next day pickup and when I went the next day my order was not ready at all and made me wait for hours. Unsatisfied with their service and how they handle customer problems.
