I need share my experience as well,,
We enjoyed our dinner today! ..I've never had a problem with my order at Sunway Pyramid Nando's but recently I had small issue with my order, which was fault by staff..The restaurant manager Mr.Hekeme resolved the issue for me, but he also provide some coupon to use in future in Nando's.
The service was attentive and friendly. The manager Mr.Hakem(hope I spell the name right) he is very kind and has great problem-solving skills also exceeded my expectations with exemplary customer service!!As I'm MARRIOTT staff knews how his skill to handle with customer. Much appreciated on his effort. Hopefully Management Appreciate him...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken were juicy, perfectly cooked. I think the griller's name is Sharvin. Waiting time is decent, staff attentiveness is good. Only setback is the sink is not child friendly. It is too far to the back (the basin) and the tap is also the same. The tissue box is at the wall and too close to the wet counter and I wasted 2 plies trying not to wet the tissue as soon as it came out from the dispenser. We struggled to carry our son so that he can wash his hands. The bin is also too far to the back. There are plenty space next to the sink that could be used for the bin and the tissue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oftenly busy during weekends. food is good, it just that sometimes i hope customers understand to wait. seems like they are understaffed. so please learn to wait dear customers. don't come in until they let you in, please stack your plates. it's our common sense in our daily life. cheers! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently it took our chicken 1hour to cook. We finished our side dish and waited another half an hour for our chicken. No apologies given. Very unprofessional. Sadly the worst nando's branch ever. The least you could do is apologize but 3 times we walked up and asked, yet they pretend to be busy. Sadly a lot of ppl came after us had their food and already left. Turns out they had considered our order to be done after sending the sidedishes, and lost the docket.
Its sad enough that this happen to us, its even sadder the way they handled it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated friends to a lunch here. The food is reliable and quite frankly it was affordable. A whole chicken, 4 sides and 5 drinks came to just over $rm100. We were able to choose 2 flavours for the chicken which was fresh and flavourful. It was nicely divided too so we didn't have to fuss about cutting it etc. Definitely worth it if you have a family outing
