β β β β β Came here for business travel and visited a friend, strategic place but beware of creepy wife-beater lookalike Arabic guy wandering at each floors knocking random doors pretending to hear noises. A resident CCTV recorded about his harassments, looked like he was there to issue his fatwa against female residents. He looks like a burglar.

β β β β β Location is nice, just cross the bridge to go to mall. Room was ok, however it can be improve for stayscape room, it was not properly kept well, it was okay for short stay I guess.

Looking for a good sleep past midnight over the weekend? Forget it. The bar downstairs will guarantee you never get that. The music beat will go on as late as 2.30am or until someone calls the police.
You will hear every foot step pounding your head. Early morning home workouts, go figure.
No rubbish bins in common areas such (parking lots and common facilities)
Floating parking for paying residents. Morning dwellers will take up parking space, and you might end up having to park far from your block.
I fear the day I'd have to park outside when we run out of parking space when visitors outnumber residents.
Look elsewhere, and get to know your owners. If your landlord says they are some Datuk-seri and what not, just run.

β β β β β Very noisy. Building structure propagates sound easily from people walking from floor above to the vibration caused by the pub on ground floor playing loud music at 2am.
