β β β β β An ultra luxury development for the super to ultra high networth individuals. Units start from RM5m for a 5,000 sq ft bungalow in the sky. The most expensive unit is priced at RM15m before discounts and rebates.
Personally if I had this sort of money, I'd build my own bungalow. The features, location and view doesn't justify the price tag. With consumer confidence low and tapered, this is going to be a hard sell for the developer. 2020 isn't too far away.
