β β β β β Excellent services. It is collaborated with Pet Lover Centre and also sell animal pharmacy and food. I went on Sunday. The Vets, Dr Basan, Dr Foo, staffs Naimi are professional, friendly and helpful. They give good advice. I sent my cat to have check up for hair clumps loss in case of skin disease. They handle well. Even help trim my cat nails and wipe her butt. Consultation and vet prices are good and reasonable too. Medicine can be a bit pricey but it is high end good medicine.
I went on Tuesday again as my cat bite and spoilt the pill popper. Dr Nabilah is on duty. She is good enough to offer letting my cat come and they will feed her medicine without charges. Staff Shi Hui is also good to offer advice and friendly.

β β β β β When there bcoz my usual vet was close for the holiday. My cat was ill even after going to my regular vet. Had no options but to go here. To my my surprise the vet was so helpful n caring in treating my cat.

β β β β β I waa a bit confused when I got there because the clinic is in a petshop. But the team was very professional and efficient, the doc who handled my kitten was very attentive. Although I was a walk in cass that day, the doctor accepted my request.

The (lady) vet was great with my dog and she answered all the questions we had with lots of patience. Really helped me out as a first time dog owner.

β β β β β Don't really recommend because the consultation that you pay doesn't feel like a consultation at all. Im sorry to say but we've visited the vet multiple times with two of their different vet doctors present and they both only gave a maybe maybe answer. End up kept vising that vet til no sure answer on why our pet was still wheezing til we went to Goh Vet Clinic at Kinrara.
The worst part was the vet didnt provide any useful info needed to take care of a cat until it was asked. necessary information like how to bathe around the wound, side effects etc was not given until. we. had. to. inquire. Our pet had experienced really terrible side effects (not eating for 5 days until medication stopped, extreme drowsiness, sensitive to light and sound) from a medicine they prescribed. This must be disclosed to pet owners for ANY side effects even if you dont know.
in summary, vets here not very insightful and they don't have a solid firm on their diagnosis. Only come here for emergencies but not to check for potential heavy illnesses. thanks

β β β β β This is place is recommended , the male cat neutered service cost rm120 only . And the things they selling get 5% discount if spend rm20 or above .
The only negative thing is Parking super difficult , coz itβs most busy area in puchong .
