I renewed my passport and when I went today to receive it I had to make an appointment yesterday for today 9:30am and I received the passport at 12pm! Unbelievable! Staff don’t care if there are humans sitting in the waiting hall.
You’ve proven your failure and we deserve to have the worst passport in the world ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional at all! The worst ever Embassy that our office has dealt with. It was all started when we want to legalize documents for our client. They never mention anywhere that we have to make appointment. When our despatch guy went they said we have to fix appointment. When we called to fix appointment, the person who answered the call said we have to write an email to fix appointment. So not professional. In the email they stated we have to provide the details of the despatch guy, his passport copy and authorization letter. They also stated the appointment time and day. Our despatch went with all the relevant details and when he reached the Embassy, they asked for appointment letter which they never state in the email that we need to provide that. When we showed them the email screenshot, then they twisted the story and inform that our despatch name is there. They found out one of the currency notes is torn and the rest of the notes are perfectly fine. We changed the torn note and gave the new one the next day. But this time they said the other note is stained. They were very rude. They even threaten that they won't legalize the document because we came so many times and it was a disturbance to their staffs when we called to clarify the stained note. We were very disappointed with their service and also attitude. This is how you do your work? Please show some manners and respect as you representing your country here. It brings bad impression of your country by showing this low mentality, unprofessional and cheap attitude. Need to improve in all the areas. This Embassy don't deserve even 1 star for their lousy service. But that's the lowest I can give.
