★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Malaysia does not have a Greece Consulate, you have to go through the Spain Embassy situated in the Infiniti building. I just have to say they are so lovely, helpful and one of the nicest embassies I have been to. It is just so rare.
They are responsive on email, keep the embassy open even if they are slightly passed the timings. It was a real good experience.
Always give them a call first, and get the list of requirements first. From there, can plan when you want to do submission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday 21.06.2019, the security asked me to wait until Monday, then I can come and check the passport with the officer.
Specially after waiting all weekend, spending money on the hotel and my own time, on Monday 24.06. at 09:15 I came to the embassy and the same security looked at my passport and did not let me meet with the officer.
I asked why you did not help me on Friday. He started screaming, and then jump around in the elevator lobby and continued screaming and doing a favor to go to the officer. Instead of apologizing and inviting to the officer. What kind of theater and not professionalism.
If security takes the responsibility of the officer, then he can help the client on Friday and tell him whether he can apply or not. The security needs training on how to deal with customers. It's not acceptable behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them 2 weeks ago to ask if there's any special processing on the students visa, they told me to just get all the documents: meaning I'll have to apply for the school (pay the fees that some portion are non-refundable), buy the flights, get the rental, etc. Once that's done, I've called again to confirm if I'm good to submit, they say yes. Once I'm there, they told me that due to the pandemic, they can not accept my application because apparently studying is not essential. Why can't they tell me that on the first call. Or publish this information online. Instead now, I have to lost at least RM4,000-5,000 on cancellation of the university, flights and rental. Probably because it doesn't impact them financially so they don't give a s***.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Husband was traveling to Spain for business purpose as the company had organized a meeting in spain. He had an appointment and when he reached there the office there was rude in his talk asking him why does he have to travel to spain now. After 3 days when my husband went to collect his passport with the visa he had to wait for an hour to collect his passport. As he was told that the head is n9t available and he cannot get his passport. Whereas my husband saw the officer in his office. I don't understand y do this people behave so rude.
The one in embassy should realize that you are the first impression of your country. If you cannot be polite please don't be rude as well.

He even helped me to arrange for a pick up so I don’t miss my appointment. It’s amazing to see such wonderful ppl still exist.
