The service here is so bad! I personally went to ask them to activate my Digi roaming and after a few weeks, I personally asked them to deactivate it for me but was still being charged the next following month bill!? What is going on? The DIGI guy reassured me that he has done it and I have asked him 3 times whether it is really cancelled and still being charged! This is unbelievable.....

I came here yesterday around 9.20pm to change old sim card with my mother. The staff there is quite helpful. It was so easy & convenient using the kiosk machine with the help of the staff. fast also. & the new sim card can be used straightway. The charge is only Rm10.

The staff is helpful. He helped me to switch from other service provider to Digi in less than 5 mins. The other store refused to do it,but I got it here ?

The outlet in Starling had always provided subpar customer service. However, my experience today has been the worst one so far. 4.05pm I walk in. Only one member of staff is around and he was attending to another customer. No worries. I'll wait. However, it seemed as though I was invisible. No "One moment please", no "Hello", not even a nod. He glanced in my direction and just ignored me. Maybe he's not a great multitasker. Not an issue. 15 minutes later, another staff member walks in. Immediately, he attends to a customer waiting OUTSIDE who came after I did. Odd. Perhaps he knew this person and had a prior appointment. Once again, I waited. It is at this point that I realized I had a superpower. I could turn invisible. This staff also deemed it appropriate to completely ignore me. Odd. I'm quite a tall guy. Hard to not notice me hovering around in the shop. 10 minutes later (25 minutes total waiting time), the staff finally looks at me and asks if I am looking for something. Why yes, I am looking for a person to help me switch my line over to Digi from another provider. The response? "One minute please" before another 10 minutes of ignoring me. All the while, the first staff is still trying to figure out how to set up a laptop for his customer. Needless to say, I walked out after more than half an hour of pointless waiting. I'll be heading over to Celcom, thank you very much.

Bad experience ever in this outlet!!! The staff give me the wrong information and made me have to pay the bill for no reason!! I called customer service twice and went into the digi store physically but nothing was settle and now I have to pay even more than before to terminate my digi broadband service. Bad service ever and I won't be thinking to use DIGI anymore. Very upset with it! ?

Very quick and easy. Was able to change from esim to sim card very smoothly. The guy is very helpful and patient with other customers.
