★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always enjoyed the food from this outlet at One Utama. I'm so happy that they opened an express outlet at Starling. My favourite snacks remain the popiah and tauhu bakar. Can't go wrong with these two if you're looking for some Penang flavoured snacks. The outlet is located at the food court so there are plentiful of seatings unless it's crowded. The food court itself is spacious, airy and clean. The service uses the electronic buzzer so you can pay, find as seat and collect your food when you're called.
