★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad customer service, i wanted to sign up for a plan when i asked him about the detail he said everything can when i asked again for detail about data he act dumb n said everything can this is prepaid n went off, he got no problem entertaining girls wanting to use free wifi, assisted her in login into wifi but got problem when potential customer wants to know more about the plan they r offering

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need reserve area for REAL CUSTOMER.. it is so weird that I need to stand for so long because non customer take all the chair making noise playing games and stay for too long...
When I was there.. I saw 4 real customer just standing, no chair for them.. they need to wait and listen the explanation.. this system need to reconsider again it is very bad.. I know they want make it fun and chill but customer need to be first priority because this people help to spread and promote XOX to their friend and family for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very rude and impatient. He raised his voice and acted impatiently when i need some confirmation on prepaid plan. XOX please train your staffs better. Bad customer service. But product seems decent.
