β β β β β There is a stray dog hit by a car so I took it to this clinic for help, the doctor told me that the dog needed amputation, the surgery eventually not carried out because the dog is having dehydration so the vet asked me to bring the dog back home first and have surgery the other day. After some days care, the dog can walk as usual, lucky him that amputation is not carried out!

β β β β β If you love your pets donβt bring them here. I think the doctor here is not professional enough to take care of pet or give proper treatment. I had bad experience here. Brought my 3yo Golden Retriever here, the doc checked and took blood test and urine test, told nothing is critical and gave some antibiotics because my pup temp was at 40c. That antibiotics never worked at all, because my pup was keep on vomit after eat that antibiotics. Then after two days, he became very weak and was drooling suddenly, I rushed to another vet at night for emergency. At there the doctor told me my pup temp reached 43c and kidney is in bad condition, itβs already too late, should have give proper treatment earlier. Next day my pup already died. If the doctor gave a proper treatment earlier , my pup would have alive because when I brought here, he was still active and able to walk. The doctor was Chinese female. I couldnβt recall the dr name.

β β β β β I just collected a letter to say that my dog was spayed here. I was charged RM50 for a letter. Other vets don't charge but this vet does. What a cut throat. Honestly, I hate visiting this vet! I had to come as I initially spayed my dog here. What a dishonest way to earn money. It's a daylight robbery. Remember, money is not everything. You guys will have to face the karma eventually. Simply ridiculous.

β β β β β First of all thank you to Dr Chia for treating my dog. She came in with severe wound. Dr Chia clearly explained what the procedure and pricing. I was very happy . Atleast my dog is better now. Price tag abit high but for service wise I don't mind. All the best for service again Dr Chia. They do sell nutrition and natural food for dogs. Affordable

β β β β β Came in around 1pm on 31st of January for an emergency. Found a cat that was having difficulty breathing and told the clerk that its an emergency. But was told that they're done for the day and won't be looking into any cases. Was really disappointed when I was told to go to a different vet. This delayed the process and the cat unfortunately did not make it before I could reach the 2nd vet location. I understand you guys were about to close but it wouldn't have hurt to at least take a look on what's wrong with the cat.
