β β β β β The girl wearing tudung and spectacles is so rude. The arrangment on the display shelf makes it harder for me to see and show her what I want. Also, sushi that she picked went upside down once she put on the tray showing how rough she handled the sushi. PMS ke today?

β β β β β I am quite dissapointed with this branch. My husband and I were regular customers of Empire Sushi. We went to plenty of the branches such as Melawati Mall, setapak central, klcc, wangsa walkβ¦ all of them give good services and really fast while taking orders and payment. But this branch, really made me waiting for quite a long time. Not to mention, the sushi also were not really presentable. Some of the sushi were spoiled from careless handling when picking up and just left them there. Not a good view for the customers I believe. Please improve the effeciency of this branch.

β β β β β Many staff but still slow especially during peak hour. Most of them dont really do anything, talk loudly, so unprofessional.
Also, the last time i went here, a customer behind me asked something to the staff. Then i was like okla maybe she just want to ask then ,she proceed with her order. I was likeβ¦ hello? Mind you i didnt get serve yet. I told the girl staff but she acted like she didnt hear me ? So rude. And that customer was like, βoh yeke?β then still proceed with her order.
Definitely will not buy from here again.

β β β β β Iβm here just to complained about the behavior one of your staff at KL East Mall branch.
Last Monday on 18/4/2022 around 6.40pm above (i dont remember the time). While waiting for azan Maghrib for berbuka puasa, since I sit at the table there, there is one Malay staff that being really loud and even use curse words even there is a lot of customers line up to buy sushi. not sure her name, but sheβs quite chubby and wearing spectacles. I donβt mind if she wants to chit chatting with other colleagues, but please mind her words. From what me and my friend heard, while sheβs talking with other staffs to buy something maybe for berbuka puasa, she repeatedly saying βbodohβ towards her colleagues. Its really loud since her voice is really really loud. Everyone there can hear it. Even that word not for customers, but itβs really inappropriate and rude when there is lot of customers in front of your store. I felt really uncomfortable while eating there. Where is your ethics while working? Is that what Empire Sushi trained their staff? I really love Empire Sushi and already went to several branch, and this is my first time to see this kind of behavior. I hope you can take some action towards that staff, or send her for training.
