โ โ โ โ โ Just got the key for lavender residence. Very disappointed with the poor workmanships. The pool so narrow like longkang. 2 rooms without fan hook.
Not worth at all for 550k +. Very regret bought it.
Please be awared of it new phase astonia.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor facilities and maintenance! Moved in not more than 2 years, the lift always out of service. So many neighbours got trapped in the lift! What if thereโs elderly and need to take the stairs up? Poor maintenance! What kind of lift is it? Out of service so many times within a year?
1. Poor lift, always out of service during morning. Where it is the peak hour for people to go to work and school.
2. Poor management and service. Take days to solve a minor issue.
3. Poor manners of security guards.
4. A condo without intercoms. How could it be? A condo which is built more than 10 years also include intercom for guard to get contact with the owners if thereโs any visitors.
