I put my 4 cats there for 11 days during the X'mas holiday and they seem to like it.
The cages are great; looks and feel like a boarding place rather than in cages. My cats looks happy when they are given enough playtime and able to roam freely within the premises.
Price - a bit more than other places by $5 each ($25/day/cat). And bring your own food.
Location - accessible.
Staff - experienced and friendly.
Would use them again but it seems better value for money if I got my cats stayed home and having a trusted students from UiTM stayed over to take care of them (for 10days = 4cats x $25 x 10d = $1000) that is a good 'dination' for starving students.
