★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the biggest 4 star hotel in Johor. But due to Covid-19, business has slowed down a lot causing down-sizing, which probably explains why maintenance is not very good with facilities in room not working properly like fridge, sliding doors, some lights etc. Hope they will recover soon with influx of domestic tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room - very spacious & it offered a nice sea viewFacilities - offered ***y water activities at the beach; kids-friendly pool are available tooRestaurant & shopping stores are not ***y here yet, hope there will be moreServices - thumbs up booking this hotel as a surprise for wifey.. the room was decorated & a surprise cake was sent in the evening.. friendly & courteous staffs..Overall - we as a family had a wonderful experience here & we are looking forward for another stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I came to stay in Forest City for 3 days and 2 nights. We stayed in Forest City Phoenix International Marina Hotel as there was Super Deal @ RM199! The Super Deal includes 1 night stay in the Superior Room, 2 Breakfasts + 2 Tea Time + 2 Dinner. The overall atmosphere was serene and cosy. I would give a 5-star rank for customer service - room booking, check-in, room service, friendliness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love all about the room, the view, the environment, the foods, the service, the cleanliness and the most inportant is the forest smells. Im definately will come again! But what makes me a bit bad is there is no staff to help or even offer me and my 70 years old dad to bring our heavy backpack & luggage to the room. Hope to improve the service as it suit with the standard of your hotel. Other than that im so satisfied & even my dad happy stayin there. Thank you. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was better than I expected. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. My room was facing the sea and the view was stupendous. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a beautiful Long bath and a separate shower. The aircon was working properly though as the room could not get to the desired lower temperature.

We are allowed to Check in before 2 pm.
The breakfast is superb nice and delicious. I add on 2 pax for adult with rm58/pax and got another 20% discount. Environmnt also nice and calm. Nice Place for photoshoot. Will come back here.
