★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms, with all amenities including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery, cutlery, etc It was a nice change to have so much space. Way better to stay here then in a hotel room across at Hotel Jen. Still went and ate at the Hotel Jen buffet, so this was best of both worlds. Very quiet during our visit, so we had no problem sleeping. Rooms were still changed like a hotel room. Great place, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable accommodations as it is a new hotel. The studio room was spacious & could easily fit a family. Other equipment available are water heater, microwave oven, a big fridge, convection stove & cooking utensils. Other facilities includes a gym & swimming pool. Behind is a marina. Nice view in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was clean and spacious although the aircon in the master bedroom wasn't working too well. Front desk staff were friendly. Swimming pool area was okay with fresh towels available. Retail area quite dead but fine with us since we were there to chill and not shop anyway. 24hours restaurant nearby with really delicious tomyam soup and hookah definitely a plus point. Clean park and harbour nearby, perfect for a stroll with the family. Love that the area isnt crowded at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in around 9pm and taking sometime, However no Legoland ticket given due to insufficient tickets available. Then I come back on the next morning, still the Legoland ticket still not available and I been waited for more than 10 mins. The studio executive room is very spacious, however the corridor of the floor very dusty and very mess up. The room floor also quite dusty. The room fully furnished with fridge, toaster, microwave oven, utensils and etc. The bathroom not bad and quite bright, however the water pressure can be improved. But there is no any housekeeping during our stays for 2 nights. The swimming pool is good and about 1.1 M depth. To access room, you will need a room card to operate the lift. The receptionist did not inform me anything on the parking on the access and I need to walk and search it. The weakness should be the breakfast is very limited choices and even though nasi lemak without any egg provided and can ignore and forget to take breakfast for the next staying guests. Additional breakfast is RM12.72 per kid.

1. Rent from Trinidad Suites Hotel management..
2. Don't rent from Airbnb, lousy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here during the Raya long break. Room not ready by 4.30 pm and the given room is without towel. And, room phone not working, cant call housekeeper. Need to go down lobby to ask for towel. And,the bathroom toilet roll given is half being used by previous guest. Breakfast buffet provided is bad. Curry puff is not fried properly, when i bite, it is cold inside. Bread not being replenished though it is just 915 am. Milk for cereal is warm. Garlic bread finished by 915 am and then one leftover was on the table island
This is not a 4 star hotel. More to 3 star hotel
