★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are nice for the price. The sea view is overlooking some unfinished buildings so do keep that in mind. Breakfast was decent, usually crowded around 9am. Internet provided is quite slow though.

Good:
Rooms are spacious
Well equipped kitchenette
Clean room
Comfortable bed
Great view of the harbour
Bad:
Live music till midnight. If you are a light and early sleeper, you might want to avoid rooms facing the harbour.
There seems to be some noisy street racing going on in the middle of the night.
Carpark has no guard.
Breakfast is ok but can be improved.
WiFi speed was crawling, 1 Mbps though it was full bar connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good place for a family stay. Hotel upkeeping is still good but with bits and pieces of wear and tear that doesn't really impact stay quality as a whole.
Would love for the gym to provide water (safety first afterall) and towel. Flooring of the pool area is also rather slippery.
Variety at breakfast was decent and matches the price point. Chef was present and friendly with diners but alas... with his mask down most of the time.
There is a pub called nearby that blast very loud live music till midnight fyi.

The one bedroom apartment that we stayed comes with a small kitchen yet so complete, with all cooking utensils that u ever need in your own kitchen, a washer dryer and a full refrigerator which makes u feel at home away from home. Breakfast is very satisfactory and delicious. Hope this commendable standard will remain for long so I can come back in future for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a decent hotel apartment. I took deluxe room with facing seaview, the room was neat and clean equipped with basic kitcheneries. Had microwave and washer (+ dryer) for a quick laundry.
I like their buffet breakfast, simple but sensibly quite varieties.
Never use the pool but I think it was nothing special.
Parking is free and easily access.

- well equipped rooms, all equipments working.
- good cleanliness
- very accommodating to family travelers. No extra charges for young ones. Will stay here again for this reason.
- food and grocer nearby.
- reasonably priced.
What could be improved.
- breakfast is adequate but it's the same the 2 days I spent there.
Overall very nice place for a short escape. I hope to have the same pleasant experience the next time I come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is superb. Walking distance to puteri harbour and next to Hard Rock Cafe Puteri Harbour. We booked 1 bedroom suite facing sea view. Unfortunately there is an empty land and incomplete construction site in front of the building but no activity, probably abandoned. Breakfast is really good with a lot of varieties. The front desk and concierge are attentive to our request. However the room need a little bit of maintenance as we can see stain on the ceiling and sofa. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality given to us was amazing! And the rooms were really good and clean. We booked the studio deluxe with a sea view and it really lived up to the expectations. The view from the hotel was really lovely. And that includes the chef in charge of the buffet restaurant, who openly welcome us and introduces us in good places to go around the hotel. Thank you very much Fraser place Puteri harbour for the amazing staffs and welcome we have gotten ? Will definitely be back here again for sure!
