★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This afternoon I went to the hospital to bring my son for admission. Since my son has insurance, so my husband and I went there first to ask all the procedures more carefully. Until we came to the swab counter, my husband met an Indian female nurse. Wahh .. he is very rude. Speak in a rather loud tone of voice. Hello ... I know what kind of hospital procedures are? None of your staff explained it well. Why speak in a loud voice? Which is pressed, pay pay pay. The question of money with our children as parents never wants to be calculated, just able or not. As a private staff, Gleneagles ... you all shouldn't treat patients with favoritism. It should be treated equally. You should all know this part. I am very disappointed with the service given by a handful of staff. Please learn more about the manners of serving patients. Not distinguishing in terms of rich or poor clothing. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is quite nice.. Doctors seem to be quite good.. However, management are arrangement of appointments are quite poor.. Why can't I just book an appointment online from the website just like all other hospitals? I booked an appointment online but they said this is not a confirmed appointment and I have to call.. I called the given numbers but no one picked the phone.. So I went to the hospital and saw that there are around 9 staff members at the registration counter, but asking for appointment, arranging time for it, and confirming the appointment took more than an hour..
Booking for appointments and services at the counter need lots of improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was very good for health screening, the staff were professional, much kind, truthful, and cooperative, and I was getting assistance throughout the overall screening.
Very clean and tidy environment, moreover around the hospital is very convenient to access various shops and stores.
The location is safe and parking at hospital and outside of hospital are provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience has been top class frown the moment the staff opened the door to welcome me (I was the first in line today). All the staff and doctors are very courteous and professional, and answered my queries patiently. The screening is very thorough, equipment working well, cosy environment and clean. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They have too many inexperience nurses. everything is getting delayed. I had to wait from 2.30pm til 8.30pm at the admission counter for their staffs careless attitude. Multiple attempts for blood taking and missing veins is unacceptable at private. Waiting for 30min just to get the nurse come to room and attend the patient? What if it's real emergency? We are not laboratory rats or here to get your staffs to improve their skills. It's really frustrating to wait in the room, without knowing the updates on what's going on. The doctors are good. Their differential diagnosis and thinking out of box is strength of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for vaccination. The intake process was a little slow. Too many forms.
Doctor was a little busy, so we had to wait about thirty minutes. Staff was very kind and attentive, though. They apologized for the wait.
Once we were cleared for vaccination, it was very efficient. Our nurse, Baby, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at the most of recent reviews here, you already know what to expect from this place. Almost all departments are lagging, from registration to dispensary.
They told us lead time for Covid test is 2 hours, from registration until the 2-minute swab test. They also told that they are short of manpower in the dispensary (only one counter was operating with waiting area full of patients, nurses from the ward/clinic). Clinic did not allow patients with fever symptoms to enter their premises (with no proper waiting place for such patients).
All the corporate clients, insurance companies and other big clients need to come on site and see how they perform. You’ll be surprised.
Poor services overall (not the first time).
