You paste the memo infront of the centre you assume everyone know it? I've been calling the number for several time but nobody pick up the call. I'm vry disappointed to LENOVO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with my Lenovo laptop, the service centre is empty despite saying that it is open. Even if open (which I doubt), it can only accommodate 1 customer at a time. How is it possible that Lenovo service centre is very poor in 2021?? Do yourself a favour and don’t buy Lenovo - the after sales support is nightmarish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 9am. As stated in Lenovo website operation hour here starts at 9am. Then noticed they(the globalts) put a paper on door stating operation hour starts at 9.30am. Inwait till 9.45am. Still no person or the lighting on. Then I phone call the number stated on the door. They guy actually already inside......what do you think..........
