1. Front desk (night) was very rude
2. No credit card facility
3. Room & toilet dirty
4. Aircond not working (they didn't bother to repair or replace room), end up had to sleep with windows open!
5. Parking was difficult to get, just park at public area. End up my car got bad sratches at bumper from irresposible drivers.
6. Very noisy due to karaoke below
7. Dangerous area. Many drunk people around. Saw several accident in front of hotel.
8. Very misleading advert/pics. Example written 2 king bed but actual only queen bed.
9. Hotel run down condition, very old hotel.
Overall, i think this hotel doesn't even deserve a one-star ratings!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there at night, very rude staff, very dismissive. The rooms were quite dirty, the towels and bathroom especially, and the room had a strange sour smell. At night couldn't really get a good night's sleep as the walls were pretty thin, and we could hear the people in the next room very loudly.. the staff in the morning are friendlier as compared to the night one, but still not the best. I'd suggest going to other hotels near by such as Bliss hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is quite reasonable in price as I paid RM58 per night. But, if you want a very comfortable and safety during your stay, this hotel is a BIG NO! Their receptionist working there is a foreigner, thus, I advising yall to speak English or Malay properly cause it might cause a miscommunication during the conversation. Next, this hotel still using an old safety door key, I mean, it's manual door key. We're already in 2021. I've been to too many hotels, even much cheaper than this, but they still can afford the automatic card door (idk, what the official name is). Then, the room don't have a kettle, an old air-conditioning, slow water flow in the toilet, old pillow, VERY VERY SMELLY ROOM and a VERY DIM LIGHT. I regret to say that, this is the most uncomfortable staycation I've ever had. Yall can go here if you want an extreme and adventurous staycation. Or yall can go to Atelier Hotel that located besides this hotel. I've been to Atelier Hotel and I truly satisfied with the room (I paid only RM48/night). I hope the management team could do something to your hotel, invest more, do some improvement and changes, I believe, your hotel could beat the other hotels. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception was an old Chinese woman very and the maintenance an Indian and Bangladeshi were very rude. The remote of air-conditioning and television is not working. Imagine in 2022 the WiFi couldn't be accessed from the room.
The surrounding location is very bad. Not a single sundry shop nearby or a food place. When check out they suppose to return my deposit of RM48.92 but they refuse to return 92 cent and said 92 cent also I want to make a big deal out of it. Totally UNRECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in late night and was greeted by friendly staff. Nice and clean room with heated shower. Convenient with lots of shops nearby. Had a good Teh Tarik and roti prata at opposite mamak. Recommended cheap and good stay!
