β β β β β Basically coffee bean to me.is known for bad service. When I go I'd like NO choice I have..if given a choice , as a customer , I will.never go at all . They will.nevwr Improve nor bothered at all , I hope customer should exercise their consumers rights for good quality food served and reasonable prices that is all . Managmemts are NOT bothered expecially our Malaysian side . I ma.sure in USA or Europe is not like these !

β β β β β Good, fast, friendly service. SOP is complete and safe. WiFi is moderate but personally think better than Starbucks at least 1.5X. Love the food and coffee. Vibe is good. Overall is better than other branch.

β β β β β This isn't a review of the food or coffee, both are excellent, both are consistent no matter which location you go.
I'm reviewing the location. Want to take someone here for a date? I don't recommend it. A nice cafe atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, away from the hustle of daily life.
This cafΓ© is attached to the main entrance, there are very few places you can sit where you won't feel like everyone going in and out can read whatever you're reading.
And there's almost nowhere to sit where you can't see people rushing in and out, cars pulling up, the busy traffic.
But maybe you want to see the world rush by while you sit still. If that's what you want, than this cafΓ© is perfect for you.

β β β β β I knew nowadays cbtl got alot of grab/foodpanda orders. I can wait but when saw so many people got their drinks who ordered after us. Kns sure geram la. Waited for more than 20min. Demand what happened to my order, just said doing. Worst i paid extra for caramel syrup is not added. ?

β β β β β Lately the drinks tasted bland, like its been watered down. I like the outdoor seatings which not many CB outlet near me that have it, but the drinks really is a let down. Maybe new baristas need more trainings.
