I had to send my grandpa all the way to Ipoh private Hospital because there wasnt any treatment / solution given to ease the problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ward pediatric Hospital Gua Musang as the refer letter given was not complete...i just called to ask regarding the antibiotics given in ward as they transfer the patient to our hospital, and as i am the current doctor treating this patient, of course i wanna know at what time the antibiotics was given...and the staff nurse in the pediatric ward scold me...this is unacceptable..please be professional...there is no need to scold eventhough there is another doctor already called her regarding the antibiotics..she can just answer politely and explained that she already informed another doctor prior...this is unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently staying as a guardian for my mother,my experience from yesterday to today morning is the worse experience ever.starting from the registration counter the guy is very rude and unprofesional.he should be more emphatic and professional.he acted like my mom faked her pain.then we need to wait for them to do covid test,this thing alone took them 3 hours,we were waiting in construction side,they wont let us in untill the result cme out negative.we came around 2.30 and only around 6pm my mom was let in to emergency room/hospital.after she was bedded in emergency room,it took another 4 hours to allocate her in to the ward.i can understand if there is a lot of patients,but at the time only 1 other patient in front of us.not just the experience,but the staff here is very unprofessional/rude altogether.the questions we asked never answer politely or professionally.hoping that we wont have to come here again.
