★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first and the last time I’ll ever come here, from the start they got my name wrong so I had to stand there with my friend awkwardly as they sort it out. the food was slow I don’t mind paying 200 for a steak but for it to be undercooked and inedible that’s really disappointing, for me all this place has to offer is the view nothing more. overall bad experience don’t recommend.

Nice experience for valentines day, book through table app 7pm ready night view of kl, they serve you food is okay quite nice, swimming pool towards klcc n kl tower view is nice but hope they improve the metal pillar by putting new paints. Furthermore, hope parking regulations improve because look kidda old and wanna taking photo so need staff taking photo but they were so busy that day and told you unable to take for you but I understand they are busy that day so can ask other table customer take for you. The giant river prawn squid ink open ravioli pasta is nice and the the Japanese unagi risotto is delicious n worth the value??, desserts is nice too if you order matcha or chocolate or lava. Overall, it earn 4 out of 5 stars for food and atmosphere earn it place but the staff attitude and slightly slow serving reduce one star but it can be improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parking space so weird and hard to find restaurant, clam chowder was disgusting even worse than canned soup. portion size was 1 bite apart from main course which was the best dish. fake flowers and lots of cheap plasticy decoration. and not cheap price too. pls do not come here and waste your money and time. wish i could give negative stars asked for the bill 5 times and still didn’t give it to us and even the card machine had problem ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible dining experience, would never recommend anyone visiting.
1. Extremely slow serving - I went on Friday night with only 4 tables (including myself). 1st table finished eating, the restaurant was still serving 2nd table's food, 3rd table (myself) ordered at 8.45pm, and the 4th table came and ordered much later. In the end, 1st and 2nd table left, 4th table was already eating, and my dishes were still in the kitchen "preparing" at 9.30pm.
2. Poor food quality yet pricey - RM80 for a plate of Black Angus Tortellini pasta with the beef almost nowhere to be found.
3. Poor ambience/mood - A very run down place. Wrong table and chair for the setting, rooftop restaurants are typically one of the thought-of places for special occasion/romantic dining experience. I was served to a table paired with a straw chair, whilst overlooking KL night view through dirty glass.

I was here for my Birthday but turns out to be a nightmare
Environment
The place is old and lack of atmosphere that a dining restaurant should have. Waiters doesn’t have proper uniform.
Services
Service was ok, but it’s not really up to standard if compared to others
Food
The food was terrible, seafood wasn’t fresh, meat was like wood to chew. An appetiser was supposed to have avocado, I didn’t see or taste any of it.
Price
Highly overpriced for such environment, service and food quality
I will not recommend this place for any occasions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time to Hemisphere, once last year on my birthday (the chef prepared a delicious main course for me, that was not on the menu and the most yummy ‘lava cake’ with Happy Birthday, written in chocolate) and this year , on Valentine’s Day. Love the ambience, food is always delicious from starter to dessert , the Chef prepares all the dishes with very nice presentation and great taste! Chef is a fantastic cook and very thoughtful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere wise it's good. But for the price we paid, I expected more on the food. We ordered a soup, a salad and the main course and if cost us almost 600. Quite disappointed with the wagyu beef, the lamb is fine but nothing to shout about. I do like cauliflower soup, recommended by the staff. Came here during RMCO, not much crowd. It's not easy to get to as we are unsure which lift would bring us up, wayfinding could be improved. In the end, we actually took a resident lift and luckily another resident went in the same lift and scan the card so we could get up. Our friend is a bit unlucky, a staff met her downstairs but the lift malfunctioned so she has to climb 3 level stairs, then only took a lift to come up here. Quite troublesome to be honest. Overall, the experience is not too bad, just that the food quality could be improved, as well as the wayfinding. Kudos to the staff who actually have a sense in photography as well lol, he actually took a few different angles and he didn't crop our shoes hahaha that's really a plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place to celebrate special occasion. We celebrated our anniversary here. The outdoor seating is very breezy with amazing city night view and ambience. Do make reservation and request in advance prior. Thanks to NICK who went extra miles and personalised service providing us a very pleasant 5 stars dining experience. He helped us to capture most of the memorable moments celebrating at the restaurant. We enjoyed the delicious meal and Lava Cake is the perfect dessert to complete our meal.
