β β β β β this place has it's pro and cons..but hey, who doesn't. parking is the problem however amenities are superb..infinity pool on top, gym, squash..i love it!!

β β β β β Rooftop pool was awesome, booked via Airbnb, so if you get a chance to stay here, check it out, the view is impressive. Room was huge.

β β β β β worst management. condo is full of students, shared apartments bla bla. it's not suitable for any family.
poor service - highest weight is 10kg dumbbell, one is broken from months, 1 treadmill is broken from months. only lat pull down machine cable is broken since 1 week - no repair no service nothing.

β β β β β Lived here 2 yrs. Great location 5min from ktm, lrt and sunway putra mall, easy access to bukit bintang, kl sentral and klcc. Great facilities: 2 squash courts, 2 pools including roof infinity, laundry service, mini-mart. Spectacular view of Petronas towers and KL skyline.

β β β β β Its for the young, chic and urban lover who like to stay in the heart of town, where amenities and accessibilities are in peace of mind.
The overall design for the place is luxurious, polish, well done as they have a service residence for hotel stayer, hence there goes the maintenance fees.

β β β β β Living here from last 2 months now, Expecting to stay for an year.
This place is a combination of a hotel and general condo residence.
2 swimming pool, 1 Gym (basic) , 2 squash courts, Laundry, Pool Table Room, Library (very few magazines,books) , Music room, children play area.
Swimming Pool at Floor 5 is the place to hang out in the evening, There is plenty of space where you can sit with friends and can enjoy chit chat or host small party.You can find ppl sitting here till 3am.
Swimming pool at Floor 37 is more like an attraction point since it has the view of the city from height, there is a small beer/wine bar attached.
Free decent wifi is available at swimming pool area,lobby and library
There is a small shop at floor 4 from where you can buy basic daily usage things.
Travelling to other parts from this area is quite easy. Two train stations are at walkable distance, PWTC and .
A new mall "Sunway Putra" has opened just walkable distance from Regalia.
Not sure about the hotel service but if you are coming to live here on rental basis then it is quite good.
I am paying RM2800/month for a 2bhk.
