★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner and the place was deserted. The service unfortunately wasn’t friendly as the waitress never smiled and barely talked while taking our order and bringing the food. The food came quick and tasted decent but not above what I would expect. Unfortunately the cup for the hot drink wasn’t isolated at all and it wasn’t possible to touch it without burning ones hand.
The pricing is definitely on the high side and I don’t feel that the food quality can keep up with the level they charge. It’s also not possible to pay with Amex cards which should be normal for a pricy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had simple food for dinner - love everything we had! Thick cuts of salmon sashimi, duck was properly pan fried with a very tiny duck liver (not really foiegras)
Nevertheless, worth returning since they prep up their basic food pretty well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining at Hisho is such a lovely experience. Not only is the food divinely flavorful, the presentation is aesthetically creative. Senses are wonderfully satisfied. Visual, olfactory and gustatory delight! Even the ebico offers auditory pleasure. We had a great time. Compliments to Chef Danny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your bill when paying. The staff sneaked in an extra rm48 item to our bill and claimed it was a system error. Teriyaki chicken ramen came quickly coz the chicken was precooked and not that warm when served. Diced beef and cod fish took 15 mins later to come. Food presentation good and service staff attentive. Just disappointed that someone tried to cheat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place tucked away in a corner on level 2. Price has gone up and the fried chicken was too oily. They did not drain it and let it rest before serving. Other than that the set lunch was satisfying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has the yummiest Unadon, and Saikoro set. The mochi balls for dessert and coconut ice cream are delish too. They also do Kaiseki for private house catering for group of 5-8 pax at a very decent price. My favorite drop in Japanese when in Damansara Heights.

Standard has drop yet they increased the price! Volcano roll the rice grain doesn’t taste fresh..beef is so tough... the pasta doesnt have any tomato taste. The food is terrible for tis kinda price and yet they can increase the price whn the food quality drop
