β β β β β Had the salmon alio olio for lunch. Too salty and spaghetti texture was on the firm side. Lack of olive oil & felt it was poorly made. Highly not recommended.

β β β β β I've never tried the Mentaiko Carbonara before this, but was really surprised by how good it is! They are also quite generous with their portion unlike most places that serve pasta. Thumbs up.

β β β β β The arabiata pasta is really good compared to the wagyu feast pasta. Souffles is a must for desserts. The vanilla is the best among all 3 flavours tried. Service is good and friendly. In fact, i like this outlet better than MV's.

β β β β β Hubby and I stopped by for desserts after dinner. The french toast is so good we had 2 orders because I couldn't get enough of it. Will be back to try the main dishes next.

β β β β β Came for quick lunch. Already sat down and read the reviews. But from my personal experience its not that bad. The waiter immediately attended to me the moment I entered. Had the lunch set + clam chowder. The omurice & teriyaki was quite good. The salads fresh. Dressing good. The coffee is good (Japanese drip coffee) and they provide condensed sweetener milk if its too bitter for some people.
The only remark I have is the clam chowder. It was thin like milk soup. You taste more milk & butter than clam. Not that itβs horrible. Someone who never had clam chowder before might like it. I donβt know if thats how itβs done in Japan. But itβs not clam chowder (this is the only reason I didnβt put 5 stars).
Place is clean & decor is nice. Not many people when I came in though. Environment is calm with light jazz music playing over the speakers.

β β β β β 1. I like the concept and ambiance. The BGM(Background music) was a good selection.
2. The waiter looks uninspired and demotivated, which reflects a lot of bad vibe for customers.
3.The food and drinks in the menu looks 1 million times better than it actually is. I understand it canβt look the same (edited and etc) but itβs not even 5% the same.Trully disappointing. Check out the Fruit Tea especially.Sigh ??ββοΈ
4. The food is 3/10 as the ingredients and method of cooking is lacking of love and passion from Chefs.
5. Donβt give up just yet Hoshino. Wake up!?

β β β β β The seafood paella is under seasoned and tasted bland. As for the pot-baked curry rice, the chicken was dry, like as if itβs already well cooked and they cook it some more. Overall, just mediocre food.

β β β β β Dined here a few times, quality of the hoshino signature spaghetti faltered over the past year. Clam chowder tasted good but felt slightly watery. Though the soufflΓ© & fresh toast were the stars of the show.
