★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much stocked up with everything. I like this place. One problem is the cockroach issue. There's a lot of them here. No room services ever. You have to buy water for 1 ringgit from invito reception. I think the cleaning guys can be a little more diligent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment, it has swimming pools, restaurants, gyms, and some standard service apartments. The building connected with nexus shopping mall , and only walking distance to find food around the shopping mall. Quite clean and secure.
On top of service apartment, this building also has 4 stars hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty standard facilities and decent landscaping. Conveniently located next to Nexus and The Sphere with amenities and convenience. But lots of roaches and fruits flies no matter how frequent I cleaned my unit, perhaps no pest control service at each floor. Management wise, one particular lady in charge of access cards was absolutely unprofessional, rude and inefficient. Always problematic when liaising with her during my 2 years of residency. Only the guards are doing well in patrolling and most of them are very polite. Residence quality of Camellia dropped when tons of mainland Chinese moved in, trash and cigarette butts in corridor and parking lots, being noisy at late hours. Maybe only at certain floors. And perhaps CCTV is needed at corridors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay. It's super convenient and not congested. Ample parking spaces and the monthly parking rental is only RM20. Good privacy and each floor has very few units. The only issue would be ventilation. If you plan to be cooking a lot, it will not be ideal due to lack of windows/ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living at Camellia for a year now. Have no complaints at all. Car park is airy (6 floors above ground). Long and spacious (beautiful too!) swimming pool. Friendly and reasonable security guards (i've been to many condos were overly strict security). Convenient location as I can do my groceries and visit restaurants or go for a job all within 10 mins walking distance. I love to cycle from my home into the city centre late at night (very nice route along the River of Life).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is good and management easy to approach and contact. Parking space are vast. Good place for stay as working person or small family. Near to AEON Sphere and next to NEXUS Bangsar. Also 3 mins drive KL Gateway Mall. 10 mins walk to LRT University
