★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For future readers - I'm writing this while the venue is being built up. The construction workmanship and speed is astounding. They've progressed on the building well, but at the cost of long and absolutely unreasonable hours. These guys are working till the early hours in the morning on weekdays and weekends, producing a lot of construction noise and disturbing the neighbourhood. People have spoken against working hours the but no action has been taken against the developers. There are a lot of angry people in the community with this project due to the sheer inconsideration.

My experience with the people at Bon Estate Sdn Berhad have been great! From the owner Mr Goh, to the sales staff, admin, M&E (Mr Liew) and recently, the Estate Management Office (especially Ms Fira), everyone has been very courteous, accommodating and responsive.
I love the common facilities, especially the serene resort-styled lobby, swimming pools, roof top dining area, well equipped gym room, lounges, etc. There's even a games room to play table tennis and badminton!
There are defects to my unit, but which development doesn't have defects? The defects teams rectified the problems in a timely and responsible manner!
