β β β β β Competent vets technicians and affordable fee for my pets' care. Come early! Morning starts at 8.30 and the registration counter will be closed at 11 am and noon starts at 2.30 pm.

β β β β β The new place have a better service and procedure but still have to wait a long time for your turn. I like that they separated the place to treat cat and dog but both animals still share same waiting area which may result in discomfort to some pet owners but overall the doctors are nice and good at their job

β β β β β for the past year I've been sending my cats to swasta vet for treatments. I want to try experience government vet to support local vet but the service is so f* bad. been calling the number numerous times. no one pick up the call. i wanted to know the details, appointment etc. once or twice my call had been pickup but later it got hang up, i was so mad.
kalau takde orang duduk kat front desk tu jawap phone, tak payah ada number or even phone tu. bukan guna pun. sakit hati betul. this is why people start comparing swasta and government vet. swasta way friendlier and reliable. first impression dah negative. please lah improve.

β β β β β No Telefon tu tak payah letak. Dasar pejabat kerajaan. Been calling for more than 30times. Why? Because the person in charge for the phone pick my call to ended it. Bising sangat ke call I? Dah tu angkat lah. Someone calling your office for a reason, not calling your private number acah2 nak reject. Be professional lah!

β β β β β The clinic operates in a new building, a little bit further at the back.
Loved that the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, thereβs a new clean toilet and a kiosk to buy medications and food for the pets.
Registration is only up until 3.30 pm, and they donβt take registration after that, so come early. I had to wait for an hour and a half before seeing the vet but it was expected due to the number of people.
Parking space was limited, but there were a few RELA staff to help with parking arrangements.
The vet officer that I met did not communicate much, and was committed to making things as quickly as possible. I think itβs helpful if more information about the pet was given, but perhaps weβd have to be more proactive with asking questions.
Iβd come again and recommend to others, nonetheless.

β β β β β The staff including the doctor are friendly. Don't need to make appoinment, you can just walk in but make sure to come as early as you can if you don't want to wait. So, forget about calling them beforehand, just come. Registration is from 8.30-10 am only for morning session and 2.00-3.30 pm for evening session . While teatment from 8.30am to 12pm for morning and 2.00 - 4.30 pm for evening. The price is way more cheaper that private clinic. Vaccination cost you only RM20.
Disclaimer: I am not quite sure about evening session since I came morning at 8.30am on the dot.
