Ordered their signature original flavor Pan Mee with medium side noodle. Broth is clear and has a fresh taste of meat and anchovies. Noodle has been nicely made, not too soft or too hard, the thickness is just right with a slightly chewy or QQ feeling. Just the way I like it!
The Spicy or Ma Lak Pan Mee also great too. The broth is not very thick. It has slightly tangy but acceptable spiciness! Both are good, will go back and try other flavors soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and quiet restaurant to enjoy your bowl of traditional Pan Mee. Suggest to go for the traditional soup base and avoid the mala soup base which only taste spicy and no other flavour. The traditional spring roll is also a good choice. The texture of the noodle is rather thick and can be improved. Advisable to add extra serving for the side ingredients especially the black fungus to the noodles.
