Terrible on body and work repair. Workmanship below expectation eventhough given enough time for them to repair. When collect car found the paint have defect. Wasting time need to resent the car for them repaint. The necessary part to replace but they didnt replace and just knock back eventhough customer already request to replace the parts. Feel very dissappointed with this kind of service. Beware for those who sent car for claim insurance. Make sure you guy satisfied only collect the car after repair

I am writing this review because I told myself if Kah Motors strikes out 3 times, then I need to let people know. Strike 1 - My HRV started to make a weird rumbling noise and I called Kah Motors (KM) to fix an appointment to diagnose the problem. The lady answering the phone was quite rude and she said we needed to leave the car there the whole day. So we dropped off the car at 10am and waited until 5pm but no call back from them. Then we went over at 5.50pm and they haven't even touched our car, and only started after we asked about our car. Made us wait another 1 hour. Oh and yeah, the staff have an attitude problem. Strike 1.5 Strike 2.5 - After diagnosing the problem, they said the problem was with the bearing, which needs to be changed, but the part needs to come from KL and will take 4 weeks(????) to arrive. While waiting the noise became worse and worse. After waiting for 3 weeks, fearing that the car might breakdown, we called KM only to be told that the part had already arrived, but they didn't even bother informing us. Strike 2.5 Strike 3 - They make me wait for 4 hours, but I find out that their Wi-fi doesn't work. When asked, they said they're not sure what the problem is with the connection.

Very roomy and spacious place to relax in and it could make you forget about the time it take to wait for your turn if you're not in a hurry, Endless free coffee available for everyone. Just got my airbags replaced here. Thank you HONDA.

Went here regularly to servicing my car, so far had experiencing good time. Being attended in time and I think the used of Honda Touch apps is good and helpful from starts of making a service booking up until servicing works.

i drive an accord and had an emergency…so i called kah motors and spoke to the receptionist, Hidayah…she was extremely rude!! no respect for people and her tone of voice was very harsh…she actually told me ‘kena tinggal kereta untuk 1 bulan’… ‘ puan boleh pergi workshop luar’… ‘ dekat jb ada 5 dealer, pergi tempat lain’…this is my 3rd honda car and from my experience, kah motor had had the WORST service by far…not at all helpful, extremely slow and very rude employees.. , honda service centers are never helpful… rude employees and receptionist…i have had a mazda before and to be honest, mazda’s service is by far 100% better than honda..you can have any issues, at anytime and they will be a helping hand…shame on honda for having such people as their dealers.

One of the worst body&paint service .do not ever buy honda ..if can buy toyota or mazda .. far better than Honda and their service extremely good ..had to wait 6 months just for lower arm replacement after accident ..my car still pending and havent settle the issue . I advice everyone need to check their car petrol before send to body and paint . I had given with full tank of petrol yet i saw my car fuel empty now ...

Extremely terrible customer service!!! Actually not even worth for one star. Pointless to make prior car service appointment. As the receptionist record my car service timeslot and date wrongly. When the moment I visit service center the receptionist told me that my appointment is not available. Very inefficient wasting my time to visit here without any purpose. Even worse is the receptionist who answering my phone call is very rude does not show respect to their customers and call me to visit other service center instead of here. They does not take responsibility and dont even care about their customer lack of professionalism at all. Think twice before visit this service center.
