★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessional, so disappointed after i get to know from my car recording.. they are scolding the customer who sent their car for service and checking. In the videos, they are very racist keep scolding “babi”. Besides this, they are using customer car for personal purposes! After the staffs get to know there is recording in the car, they are trying to reset all data of my recording! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Not anymore.
2021 reported by their foreman on suspension leaking issue, but advised can plan to replace it next svc cycle.
Come 2022, called for appointment for svc and part replacement (to order the parts upfront), staff informed that I need to make an appointment to check the condition first. Asked the staff to verify with the foreman that done the service before but only to be informed the foreman has quit the job. Sigh. Have to waste the time just to get it check whereby the item has been leaking for months already.
I did confirmed appointment date with the staff for the service as well as the suspension check, and just wait for the day to come by.
Service day come, upon arrival after 1 hour drive, informed the front desk to service as well as the suspension condition check, only to be disappointed by the staff saying I need to make an appointment for the suspension check, not just service!
I just want to get the parts replaced by the service centre as I entrust them as the competent people to do it to my H. But if this is what I get, I don't think Honda has the competency to serve me and my H anymore. Such a disappointment.
