My first time sending my HRV for servicing here in Johor Bahru since my last in Kuala Trengganu. Attended by service advisor Cik Hidayah, the process went smoothly and well explained. Visitors lounge provided with newspapers, tv channels, snacks and coffee machine. A clean and well look after service center with a comfortable stay while waiting for your Honda. Recommended.

Did my servicing here twice. Customer service was fairly professional and car service so far met my expectations. Will recommend for those planning to service Honda car in JB area. Just no provided drink and snacks here compared to some other Honda centre in Malaysia.

My car is 1 Yr 4 months old, went for 4th service, was asked to change a few filters. Was told that it's part of the 4th service package. Then received a call after an hour, was told that my battery has leakage? And needs change. When asked why so short battery lifespan, was told that car battery lifespan usually last for a year only ?speechless, had to swallow these as I'm not a car expert . After seeing the bill, I was more furious. She did not tell me that those were additional items when I thought it was all under basic maintenance package. Aircond evaporator cleaner, apparently needed once a year also ?Now making me wonder, if the car battery change was even necessary. And question about their honesty. But again, too bad I'm not a car expert. Hopefully the next time they would've state it more clearly, which is the std package, which are the additional package prior to service. Std package=rm265. 37,additional items=rm613. 15. Unpleasant.

Good services given by everyone. Better than other place. I have been to nearer delaer and service center at Skudai / near to Angsana but they only love to service their own car buyer from their center. I have been mock before but this Sutera Auto is very honest, friendly and greet everone like their friends.

My first time service. Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The advisor at counter 1 was really helpful and friendly. Upon arrival in the service center, everyone i spoke with, provides an excellent customer service. Really appreciated your support !!

This Honda Centre strategically located. Appointment are given quite early and despite small area, they were able to cater parking and settle the process smoothly. Service as well done very fast. Hoping all done well as that part only the foreman and god knows. My only fuss was, I told the agent who attended to include only basic/standard items and dont need optional items. Despite telling so, I noticed number of additional items included which made me to spend double. Its hard earned money. I couldn't say much as I should have done thorough study and be extra cautious on knowing necessary/compulsory items for my car before the service. Hope service centre will considerate on this as during Pandemic majority are having financial crisis. Thank you

Never seem such worst technician, leave the car (Honda CR-Z)at Sutera auto workshop more than a week to repair, paid more than two thousand, at the end it getting worst. The funny thing was informed by the ‘professional’ technician, the problems caused by the IMA BATTERY, it cost more than 10K for change the IMA Battery. At the end, was decided send the car to other workshop to repair, and got to know the real issue is the ABS Pump. And I paid 4K++ to change the ABS Pump, include Brake fluid, workmanship for changing ABS control pump, repaid hybrid & ABS & Air Bag wiring. The conclusion here, technician at Sutera Auto can only do normal car servicing, if comes to Hybrid issue, better go to professional workshop. And I believed that the Sutera Auto’s technician still can’t figure out what was the real issue of the car, no matter you leave the car over there for how many days.

Brought my car here for service and inspection for suspension noise. Was told by the service advisor that they will only do service for me, but can’t do inspection of the suspension noise for me because i previously brought my car to another service center to address other warranty issues that have no connection with the current suspension noise. It’s obvious that this sutera auto service center only want to do simple service that is easy money but don’t want to do other work that can’t generate money. Lazy and unethical service center.
