Very clean n good atmosphere.
Waiting area are big. Wt free-flow coffee n they serve food tooo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the customer complaint about wan loo skudai service centre , I personally agreed cause it happen to me too. But I brought this issued up to Malaysia CEO office ,if no answer then will extend to Honda Japan . if compare to Toyota , Toyota is the best ever services centre in Malaysia. I m salute Toyota Malaysia . After this no more Honda in my Family .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfriendly staff, no greetings, already informed staff 2 weeks prior booking on what purpose i come, but when arrived, they had no idea, talk to me like i don't know anything about my car, very disrespectful. LAST HONDA FOR ME.

Coffee also great.
But all Malay service advisor attitude too bad
They laughed me why you bought a expensive car but no warranty for the car because they follow the period half year have to service but I follow miles 10,000 to service my car.
I arrive service centre at 10.00am finally finished change gear oil and engine oil at 2.30pm do you feel that the time is too long?
