★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I can't give 4 stars, since there are a lot of kfc chains in KL, but this is by far the most convenient KFC chain that I've ever been. It is not as crowdes as others, and it has power outlet too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aircond is not working at all, ordering machines not working either. 1 counter for ordering with long queue till the entrance. It's not even 7pm yet and the kitchen is closed. They only serve leftover fried chicken wings which do not look apperizing or fresh. Not recommended, and not coming back to this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think management should look into this outlet. Waiting for so long just to ordering, during payment said only accept cash. But after I pay then I saw customers paying using cards. What is this that you want to tell your customers system down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is a bit small and as such the dining/seating space is quite limited, so better grab a table before you start ordering (peak time can see non stop crowd coming in). This outlet has 2 online ordering machine (not sure what it's called ?), which makes ordering and payment process very quick and efficient (at least for me). Orders are prepared very quick, even during peak period, and there are staff coming to clear the tables (for those customer who don't know how to pick up after themselves)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite place, not crowded even in Saturday. Take order through machine. We ordered chicken rice, but still Need to request by ourselves to get the Spoon for having the rice. Order non spicy chicken, they still provide us the spicy chicken. The staff might need to pay more attention with the customers order list.
