★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional doctor and staff. During pandemic, please make sure you secure an appointment before the visit. Dr. Loo is professional and knowledgeable. Very patient to my pet. Is slightly pricy but worth it. Thank you all for the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional and the services are not bad, but the price is really too expensive. RM955 for one veterinarian sterilization surgery. It was my negligence, I believed them so much, and directly sent my dog to be sterilized without asking the price. Since I have 3 dogs, the veterinarian sterilization surgery price range of my other 2 is only between RM250-300. I had asked many friends their pet surgery price range is only between RM100-300, but I never expected that this lian animal clinic the veterinarian sterilization surgery would cost 900-1k. I only found out after my dog had go in and had the body check up. Then asked the counter, but the dog was sedated and sent in. At the end, i feel really surprised we need to remove the surgery thread from the dog by ourselves after two weeks of the dog's recovery. Since previously my other two dog had veterinarian sterilization surgery before but no need to do so at all because they use absorbable suture . For this 900++ surgery, they had provide the medicine for the dog after end of the surgery and they had mentioned they are using high-tech anesthesia equipment during the surgery mean will more safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this place numerous time cos I have 2 dogs. Spent thousands of ringgit at this place and there were one point which is most hated was the old lady at the counter I think 2 of them which maybe sisters some said they were Dr Lian's sister but I am not sure. This 2 ladies can only have one word to describe them as in RUDE. Apart from this old lady issues is place is extremely pricy and expensive for a place in Klang. Go to this place only as last resort...Or have deeper pockets

Reasonable that need to wait a little long while because they are famous, just like you queue for famous steamboat/drinks and so on. Their heat never gone since 9 years ago when i brought my first puppy there ??
I always reserved one day of my time when i visit the vet.
Appointment made through call, never missed on any of my appointments.

However, the waiting time is a bit long eventhough you have made appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors' at the vet are definitely professional and well-experienced, however, this vet is definitely operating to only profit at its max. Appointments are always delayed by an hour/more and price is crazy high. Why make appointments if they can never be given on time? Less than 2 minutes of pet check up and its RM50? The front desk staff can be super rude as well. This vet has been around for so long, yet its service never improves. One less customer means nothing to you because there aren't as many vets in the area, but I am sure that others had similar experiences and would not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended as you can read from all the feedback. Very expensive I spent one thousand for 1 time check up report, health supplement, and they gave my pet normal medicine only even her condition is dangerous and weak. Wasted too much time for waiting even i had made appointment with them. My pet getting worse, I quite helpless and called them. The customer service said the doctor in-charge is on leave and they are going to close and no provide emergency service!
If your pet need an emergency help, please direct go to Gasing hospital. Dr. Law is young but very responsible, patient and professional. He carefully took care of my pet, fed her food & medicine himself to follow up the condition until late night 11pm and update me the status even it was over his working hours. He rushed to hospital the next morning at 8pm due to an emergency case of my pet. I hope I can meet Dr. Law earlier maybe I still have chance to save my pet?
1st day late night emergency on-call, 2 days overnight treatment in ICU including provide food and medicine, daily test and reports, emergency blood transfusions, only cost RM500. I hope my experience can help those who need help or need some advice for their sick pet.
