★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for RTK since my wife have to admit tomorrow but the service super duper slow and overprice compared to other clinics outside. And the staff attending us not so friendly. The payment collected first it’s ok but the waiting thr worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had hospitalized for three days with KPJ for minor surgery. On the second day just right after waking up from my anesthesia, I went down to admission suite department to settle my swab test payment because the transaction has been failed few days before the admission. However, one of the nurse claims I have no pending payment to be made, she said if I have any unsettle transaction I could make full payment on the day when I discharge.
But the next minute she forced me to pay $8,000, at the moment I was astonished and mad. What she did make me felt like I have no money to pay and run away, which extremely unprofessional.
But overall the customer service experience was pleasant, during the hospitalization the nurses was kind, friendly and approachable.
The whole experience was great, and the environment was very clean and comfortable.
Great job, keep on keeping on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visit KPJ Pasir Gudang on 11 April 2022 with Doctor Aziz Rahman,i felt shocked and disappointed to have been treat in this way .Reschedule my appointment twice .My appointment at 10am , and only can see doctor at 11.45am , Waiting period is too long , worst than goverment .Why should i still pay for the price for this service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive services were given during my 1st dose of vaccination there. KPJ Pasir Gudang even allocated special parking, which is right in front, for those who drove over there for vaccinations. Nurses are all very courteous, helpful, and presentable. Well done!

5 & More Stars : DR Rabindran!! I am glad to have Dr Rabin for my baby delivery?. He is professional and patience. I feel comfortable during my pregnancy check up and baby delivery by Dr Rabin. We felt like we were in good hands and that gave us peace of mind towards the big day. Thank you for helping deliver the most precious gift of our life!!”

Zero Star : Dr Aziz Rahman. As 1st time parent we fully hopes that he could assist us but He keep saying " your choice" instead of telling us what to do next (for jaundice case)… We take our own decision to admit our baby for 1 day and we never go back for the follow-up appointments yet nobody call from his clinic for updates . By the way - My baby was born at KPJ Pasir Gudang and now we refer to other doctor at other place... with better services
