β β β β β Called Radiology department to get some information about Brain CT Scan for my mom (senior citizen) asked the person who answered the call if thereβs is a need to get an anesthetic injection before the procedure but all i get was a veryy veryy rude answer βkalau ur mom tak boleh buat ct scan without injections we hantar balik la, tak boleh buatβ no explanation, no details were given.. Is this how u treat your customer???

probably from management...
last year their MRI broke down and couldn't assure me an estimate time when its available again...

β β β β β Ive been to many private medical centres as there are many in Shah Alam. Admission, discharge takes a lot longer than other hospitals. I got processed for knee surgery faster at a SALAM compared to my wife getting an emergency examination due to stomach pain during emergency (just urine test). GL takes another hour. I simply dont get it. My usual experience is they got the GL done first. These guys made it last. 2 hours. Shouldve gone somewhere else

β β β β β My wife has just safely delivered our third baby in KPJ section 20 where the doc in charge is Dr. Mastura. She is very professional, soft spoken and understanding. The nurses supporting the ops and assigned at wards are very polite and professional as well.
Overall we are very satisfied with the services and will not be hesitant to repeat the same option if we are having the 4th. We had our 1st & 2nd delivered in Salam section 19 & Annur section 6 previously and i think this is our best experience so far in term of birth delivery services
The accommodation facility may not be as new as Avisena and MSU but its really depending on personal preference. As for us the service is top priority hence we are very satisfied and really have nothing to complain
Cafe and mynews available at GF, parking is OK. Birth delivery package Price offered is one of the cheapest available in Shah Alam private hospital (Total cost including Rapid covid test, 2 nights is only RM3750) and on top of that you got free a baby car seat

β β β β β Im so lucky to get my vaccine here as its very near my house.. During my 1st dose, its very inconvenience as we need to register at the ground floor then need to go up 1 stair to wait for our turn then need to go up to level 7 or 8 if im not mistaken by lif..
But when i went for my 2nd dose, its really well managed and dont need to go to upper level to get my vaccine anymore..
Staff was very professional and everything done with very well manner..

β β β β β My daughter admitted here for 14 days. Our experience are not so good in term of facilities. Not medical facilities but as a Hospital building facilities. The shop/Cafe here not up to par if compare with other private hospitals (read: Pantai, Avisena). This hospital have a good reputation with great Specialist line up. Hopefully they can start to look into their facilities.So much things can improve. So much things can offer.
Maybe can start with simple survey for those caretaker station there for more than 5 days : How your experience with our cafe?
Here is my comment: Same limited choice of food. No hi-tea. Close at 8PM (Maybe can close at 4PM since there is nothing after lunch dishes). The cafe is quite big space, nice and clean. Only if it can offer much more variety foods up to 8PM.

β β β β β Been here many times for annual medical check ups and others.
This hospital has state of the art medical equipment and most importantly very competent and professional doctors, many are the top doctors and expert in their fields. Just name it they have almost everything here except Endodontic.
It also has various amenities to cater for visitors' needs such as cafes, shops, ATM etc.
From diagnostic until treatment and then prescription, you can be assured of the best, God willing.
The hospital had expanded the original building and upgraded the whole facility. My photos only cover the upgraded facility on old building.
